Child Safety & Anti-Exploitation Policy – Sukoon

Sukoon maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child exploitation, child sexual abuse, grooming, trafficking, or any form of harm involving minors.

This Child Safety & Anti-Exploitation Policy applies to all users, guides, listeners, advisors, contractors, employees, partners, and any individual accessing or using the Sukoon platform (“Platform”).

1. STRICT 18+ PLATFORM

Sukoon is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above.

By accessing or using the Platform, users represent and warrant that:

  • they are at least 18 years old;
  • they are legally competent to use the services;
  • all information submitted is accurate.

We do not knowingly permit minors to:

  • register accounts;
  • participate in chats;
  • access emotional guidance sessions;
  • use paid services;
  • interact with guides.

2. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Sukoon strictly prohibits any activity involving:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • sexualization of minors;
  • grooming behavior;
  • child exploitation;
  • trafficking-related activity;
  • coercion involving minors;
  • inappropriate communication with minors;
  • sharing or requesting explicit content involving minors;
  • attempts to bypass age restrictions;
  • emotional manipulation of minors;
  • child endangerment.

Any such activity may result in:

  • immediate account suspension;
  • permanent ban;
  • evidence preservation;
  • reporting to law enforcement authorities;
  • legal action.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users, guides, or third parties must not:

  • pretend to be minors;
  • seek interaction with minors;
  • request personal information from minors;
  • share exploitative content;
  • encourage minors to hide activities from guardians;
  • move conversations involving minors to external platforms;
  • use coded language related to exploitation;
  • upload illegal or abusive material.

This prohibition applies regardless of:

  • intent;
  • “roleplay” claims;
  • jokes;
  • fictional framing;
  • consent claims.

4. CONTENT MODERATION & DETECTION

Sukoon may use:

  • automated moderation systems;
  • keyword detection;
  • manual review processes;
  • behavioral risk analysis;
  • user reporting systems.

We reserve the right to:

  • review reported content;
  • investigate suspicious activity;
  • restrict access without notice;
  • cooperate with authorities.

Users acknowledge that certain communications may be monitored for safety and compliance purposes.

5. REPORTING MECHANISM

Users may report suspected violations through:

  • in-app reporting tools;
  • support email;
  • safety escalation channels.

Reports may include:

  • suspicious behavior;
  • grooming attempts;
  • abusive communication;
  • exploitation concerns;
  • underage access attempts.

Safety reports are prioritized for review.

6. LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION

Sukoon may preserve and disclose information where required by:

  • Indian law;
  • court orders;
  • cybercrime investigations;
  • law enforcement requests;
  • child protection agencies.

We may cooperate with:

  • cybercrime cells;
  • child safety organizations;
  • law enforcement authorities;
  • regulatory agencies.

7. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION & AGE CONTROL

To reduce underage access risks, Sukoon may implement:

  • OTP verification;
  • age confirmation prompts;
  • behavioral detection systems;
  • identity verification for guides;
  • device monitoring for abuse prevention.

False age declarations may result in permanent removal.

8. GUIDE & STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES

Guides, listeners, moderators, employees, and contractors must:

  • immediately report suspicious activity;
  • avoid inappropriate communication;
  • follow safety escalation procedures;
  • comply with all moderation protocols.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • termination;
  • permanent removal;
  • legal escalation.

9. EXTERNAL LINKS & THIRD-PARTY RISKS

Users must not use Sukoon to:

  • redirect minors to external apps;
  • solicit private meetings involving minors;
  • share exploitative third-party links;
  • facilitate illegal communication outside the Platform.

10. NO IMMUNITY FOR ANONYMOUS USERS

Anonymous profiles do not exempt users from:

  • investigation;
  • moderation;
  • reporting obligations;
  • legal accountability.

Sukoon may retain records where necessary for:

  • safety;
  • fraud prevention;
  • legal compliance;
  • law enforcement cooperation.

11. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

  • complying with all applicable laws;
  • ensuring lawful conduct;
  • avoiding misuse of the Platform.

Any misuse involving minors or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

12. PLATFORM RIGHTS

Sukoon reserves the right to:

  • remove content;
  • suspend accounts;
  • deny access;
  • investigate suspicious conduct;
  • preserve evidence;
  • notify authorities.

These actions may be taken without prior notice.

13. EMERGENCY SAFETY ESCALATION

Where Sukoon reasonably believes there is:

  • immediate danger;
  • exploitation risk;
  • trafficking risk;
  • child abuse risk;
  • self-harm involving minors,

we may escalate the matter to relevant authorities or emergency contacts where legally appropriate.

14. POLICY UPDATES

Sukoon may update this policy periodically to:

  • improve safety standards;
  • comply with legal requirements;
  • strengthen child protection measures.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised versions.
